| Additional terms | Paperbloom Affiliate Program Commission Structure Commission Rate: Affiliates will earn a commission rate of 10% on all qualifying sales. Cookie Duration: The program uses a 15-day tracking cookie. This means that if a customer clicks on an affiliate link and makes a purchase within 15 days, the affiliate will earn a commission for that sale. Commission Terms: Qualifying Sales: A qualifying sale is defined as a sale made on Paperbloom's website that is not canceled, refunded, or returned within a standard 30-day period. Only purchases made through properly formatted affiliate links will be eligible for commission. Cookie Attribution: Commission is earned only if the customer's purchase is made within 15 days of clicking the affiliate link. If a customer clicks on multiple affiliate links, the commission will be awarded to the affiliate whose link was clicked last before the purchase. Payment Schedule: Commissions are verified at the end of each month and are paid out within 30 days of the end of the month, provided the affiliate has reached the minimum payout threshold. If returns or cancellations exceed sales, no commission will be paid. Minimum Payout Threshold: Affiliates must reach a minimum payout threshold of $50 before commissions are disbursed. Payment Method: Payments will be made via PayPal or bank transfer, according to the affiliate's preference as indicated in their affiliate account. Affiliate Conduct: Affiliates are expected to promote Paperbloom in a manner that is consistent with all applicable laws and Paperbloom’s brand guidelines. Spamming, negative advertising, or any deceptive practices are strictly prohibited and can result in termination from the program. Affiliate Approval: All new affiliates are subject to approval by Paperbloom. Paperbloom reserves the right to reject any application without explanation. Program Changes: Paperbloom reserves the right to make changes to the affiliate program terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to affiliates via the email provided in their affiliate application. Intellectual Property: Affiliates may not use any intellectual property belonging to Paperbloom, including trademarks or copyrighted material, without explicit written permission. Liability: Paperbloom will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages caused by affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any results of intents of harm to the program or our website. Affiliates are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their contact and payment information within the affiliate system. Failure to comply with the terms of the Paperbloom Affiliate Program can result in the reversal of commissions and/or termination from the program. |
